Methods of payment
Liquid Petal accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, MaterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, or CODs.

Delivery methods and costs
Liquid Petal offers FedEx shipping options for home and business addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority is used for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and Canadian addresses.  Unfortunately due to shipper restrictions we are unable to accept PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. International (other than Canadian) addresses, please contact us for shipping availability, methods, and rates.

Rush orders
Liquid Petal offers rush delivery for in-stock items for an additional shipping fee. Please email us at service@liquidpetal.com to ensure your item is in stock. We will do everything possible to deliver your order immediately.

Sales tax
A sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside California. Sales tax is not charged on gift certificate purchases.

Using a Customer code
Customer codes offer you a discount on your purchase. If you have a customer code, please input the code in the "Enter Customer Code" box below the products in your shopping bag. Then click the "Enter Customer Code" button. Your savings will be reflected in your Shopping Bag total display.

Sign up for our mailing list to receive special offers and promotions throughout the year from liquidpetal.com.  Just enter your email address in the box located in the top right corner on each page. Then click the Enter (Arrow) button.

Using a Gift Certificate code
Gift certificate codes are a set dollar amount that will be subtracted from your total purchase price. If you have a gift certificate, please input the code in the “Enter Gift Certificate Code” box below the products in your shopping bag. Then click the “Enter Gift Certificate Code” button. Your savings will be reflected in your Shopping Bag total display.

If you’re interested in purchasing a gift certificate, please email service@liquidpetal.com or call 877-278-9128. You can purchase a gift certificate for any amount and the code can either be emailed to you or the lucky recipient or we can mail it for you. A personalized message can also be included.

International orders
If you would like to purchase an item and ship it internationally, please e-mail us at service@liquidpetal.com or call 001-949-480-9219 (from outside the US).

Telephone orders
For the fastest service, we encourage you to order online, however, feel free to email us at service@liquidpetal.com or call us toll free at 1-877-278-9128 to place an order. We will be happy to assist you.

Gift wrapping
Every item you purchase at liquidpetal.com is specially packaged, perfect for sending as a gift, or treating yourself. If your item is a gift, and you would like to attach a personal note, please let us know at checkout.  Just type your personal note in the "Comments" box when filling in your billing information and we will handle the rest.  Liquid Petal does not include any price information on our packing slips.

Ordering and shipping confirmations
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Then, you will be notified via email when your order ships. If you need an order expedited, please contact us at service@liquidpetal.com. You may check your order status at any time by logging in to your account at liquidpetal.com.

Returns and exchanges
Liquid Petal takes great pride in our reputation. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an order or gift, Liquid Petal is happy to accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We will replace your item with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used for purchase. All you need to do is:

Contact our customer service department at service@liquidpetal.com within 30 days of receipt. Please include in the email what you are returning and a brief explanation. This will help Liquid Petal better serve you in the future. You will obtain a confirmation email with a return code. Please include the return code on your shipping label.

Return the item in the original packaging, if available, and the original packing slip to the address below:

For your security, please return your package via insured mail (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt as Liquid Petal is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return package is received. At that time, new merchandise will be shipped, a gift certificate issued, or a refund provided to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
